Paula Deen sure has been one interesting crisis to watch unfold. Unfortunately, it’s a perfect example of mistake after mistake and things not to do. The biggest thing that boggled my mind was how her crisis and PR council allowed (and helped) her publish, not one ridiculously lousy apology, but three, with each attempt worse than the last. Of course, I had to write about this crisis communications disaster on Monday!
