Online trolls. The majority of us have experienced their tactless attacks, whether against us as individuals, or attacks against our brands. They’re usually nameless, faceless entities out for a quick and negative thrill and their sole purpose: to raise your blood pressure and spread nasty comments and attacks against you online.
I recently came across the below video that does an excellent job at exploring and analyzing the psychology of online trolls. In the hopes that this video will make you feel less threatened by those nasty little beings with nothing better to do, I wanted to share it with you here today.
