I recently had the pleasure of being on Nicola Cairncross’s popular podcast, “The Business Success Factory.” It was an interesting experience for me. I’m used to being interviewed by reporters and journalists about crisis-related topics, but I’m not so used to talking about myself for a solid hour, which was the case this time!
Nicola wanted to hear about my past: what it was like for me growing up; how I became an entrepreneur; my challenges as an entrepreneur and more. Talking about myself is not something that comes naturally to me, though I must say it turned out to be a fun conversation! Nicola had me thinking about answers to questions I had never consciously asked myself before. She also managed to pull out lots of tips from both my successes and challenges that I’m sure other entrepreneurs and professionals can relate to – and maybe even find solace in knowing they aren’t alone in certain struggles (I know I did!).

That said, if you’re interested in listening to my story, getting to know me a bit better and hearing about the different experiences I’ve been through over the past few years, I invite you to tune in below or via iTunes or Stitcher. (Ironically, this podcast was published on my birthday!)
Running time: 50:47
What’s your story?
Additionally (and more interestingly for me), I’d love to hear your story. As an entrepreneur, do you have the same challenge when it comes to being disciplined with the dollar? Are you from a big family or a small one – and did that have any impact on where you find yourself today? Feel free to send me an email or leave your thoughts and stories in the comments section below. My goal is to hopefully get the opportunity to get to know a few of you better!
A warm thanks to Nicola for having me on her show!
