Happy Friday, fabulous readers!
I’m actually taking the weekend off this weekend (unless, of course there’s a crisis that demands my attention) and I can’t wait because I can’t remember the last time I took some time to, well, not work! It’s been a crazy few months here at MACM and I’m looking forward to spending the weekend exploring Boston, attending a Harvard lecture and enjoying great food, fabulous company and, of course, champagne!
Hoping you have the opportunity to take some time for yourself this weekend too!
Either way, have a great one!
This week’s posts from the Crisis Intelligence Blog
- Why I Dislike the Term “Social Media Crisis”
- When and How Should your Brand Address Controversial Issues and Topics?
- Your Online Reputation IS Your Reputation
- What Does the Google Plus and YouTube Integration Mean for your Organization?
Another great blog worth your attention
Instead of listing a bunch of great articles here this week, I thought I’d do something a little different. There’s this blog that I follow that, with each post, the editor blows me away! The blog is called iRevolution and the editor is Patrick Meier.
Meier is a crisis mapper and the things that he shares and discusses on his blog are truly inspiring (for me anyway!). Take a look at his short video intro and then mozy-on over to the iRevolution blog to take a peek. If you’re as captivated as I am, subscribe!
