As suggested in the video, let’s create that list of resources! Here are a few to get the ball rolling:
– Key subject matter experts and their contact info – as well as contact info for their alternates
– Timelines, as applicable. For example: Redemption timelines (as detailed in the video), overall crisis management approximated timelines, crisis response timelines for your team members, etc.
– Fact sheets (think evergreen here!)
– Access codes and instructions for things like video/audio conference lines, social media accounts, social media monitoring tools, internal platforms, etc.
– Crisis management team members by title, for reference (because your crisis management plan should name titles, not people)
– Pertinent scenario-specific information, for example: definitions, specific details related to the scenario, etc.
– Source location lists and links
