I came across the following infographic yesterday and found it quite interesting. I suppose the biggest thing I took away from it is the revelation of how the majority of smaller brands are not paying attention to online threats against their company or organization. As I want to continue to see social media crisis management progress across the board, I also want small to medium sized companies to realize how much they too can be affected by online threats, issues and crises.
